Introducing the Boulder Community Alliance The Boulder Community Alliance has set up a new website for anyone interested in the hot-button issues confronting the Boulder, Utah area. The Alliance's goals are to promote and protect the four “C’s” — Conservation, Commerce, Community, and Culture. The website will provide regularly updated coverage of issues relating to the four "C's" The current hot-button issue is off-road vehicle recreation -- Garfield County's ATV route mapping, and the Dixie National Forest Motorized Travel Plan scoping.
